This Refund and Return Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through the MISFITKID website. By placing an order, the customer ("you") agrees to the terms set forth below.

You may request to return eligible goods within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• The item must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
• Requests must include photographic and/or video evidence demonstrating the current state of the item.

To initiate a return, you must contact MISFITKID at contact@misfitkid.co with the following:

• Full name and order number
• Reason for return
• Photographic and/or video documentation

Returns sent without prior written approval will be rejected.

Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. MISFITKID does not assume liability for lost or damaged return shipments.

All approved returns are subject to a ten percent (10%) restocking fee, which shall be deducted from the total refund amount.

For health, safety, and customization reasons, no returns or refunds shall be accepted for the following categories:

• Handmade items, including but not limited to custom clothing and jewelry
• Perishable goods, including food and snacks
• Cosmetics and beauty products
• Hair accessories
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale or discounted

If there is any uncertainty regarding the eligibility of a specific product, it is your responsibility to contact MISFITKID before placing an order.

Upon receipt of your order, you are required to inspect all items promptly. In cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, you must contact MISFITKID at contact@misfitkid.co within a reasonable timeframe. Supporting documentation (photos/videos) will be required.

MISFITKID does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different item, you must initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new, separate order.

Pursuant to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers residing in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day "cooling-off" period, during which they may cancel or return an order for any reason. All other conditions under this Policy, including item condition and return shipping costs, apply.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within ten (10) business days. Please note that the timing of the refund's reflection in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

If more than fifteen (15) business days have elapsed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@misfitkid.co.

MISFITKID reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase shall govern that transaction.
