Born from never quite fitting in, MISFITKID was built as a home for dreamers, outsiders, and fans who find comfort in the worlds of anime, Asian culture, and creativity.

It’s a place for those who struggle with depression, ADHD, trauma, panic attacks, or social anxiety, but still want to fill life with joy, beauty, and self-expression.

The hub is split into two worlds:

Wonderland represents the childhood many never had, a place where so-called “kids’ things” become the little sparks that keep life magical.

    A darker, punk, creepy-cute space where I handcraft and thrift-flip clothing, jewelry, and accessories. Underground isn’t just about style — it’s about survival.
    Every piece is designed with mental health in mind, to give comfort and safety to people like me who struggle with anxiety, trauma, depression, or feeling out of place.
    Pieces are made to offer comfort and safety, like hoodies with deeper hoods that let you hide when social anxiety hits.
    Each creation tells a story: Scary Nights was inspired by two years of nightly panic attacks following a trauma. Underground is raw, emotional, and deeply personal — fashion as both armor and expression.

    AN INCREDIBLE ADVENTURE

    Our founder has been living in Japan since 2017. Making this dream a reality took everything she had — she sold all her belongings, braved countless 5 a.m. flea markets in rain, cold, or heat, and even set up a mini-store in her mother’s home. That’s why Wonderland means so much: it captures the dream of Asia, offering a way to hold a piece of it in your hands. MISFITKID exists to share that dream.
