EUROPE:
From July 1, parcels will face a flat-rate Customs duty of €3. Importantly, this is charged per unique item heading based on the HS code inside a package, and not per order.
Example: parcel containing three identical T-shirts will be taxed €3, while another parcel containing three different items will be charged €9.

Orders can be canceled only before shipment or if the items were specifically stocked for your order.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

❌ We cannot accept returns on the following items:

・ Handmade, thrift-flipped, customized, and/or personalized products
・ Personal care/beauty items
・ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
・ Sale items and gift cards

✔ Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
✔ Photos and videos are required before we can process any return or exchange.
